Tarra is a recording artist with a wide range of influences, experience and aspirations. She signed with API Records on the strength of her independently produced demos. Not content to follow the latest trend in music, her innovative recordings strive to break new ground in modern pop.

In addition to her career as a solo artist, Tarra has worked on a wide variety of projects covering a number of musical genres. She has performed for many years as a flutist in the Tim Keyes Consort, developing a solid performance history earned through her work with challenging classical pieces.

Most recently, Tarra appears in the pop-rock genre as a background vocalist on the 2006 API Funhaus release, Abandoned City. Whether it is in the studio or in live performance, Tarra is an artist who represents the "next-wave" in new music for the new millenium.

Her first full length release 'Loved' from API Records shows Tarra at her finest. Featuring creative vocal and lyric writing with the talents of the likes of James Bratton (111 East Records), the rapper Papa Doe and the creative team at API makes this a must have pop record of 2009.

Loved is available at ITUNES and Amazon.com as well as many other fine retailers
